Every day at 11:23 UTC, a new group joins the chain. Its size is the sum of the two previous groups — because each person in those two groups finds one new person. That's the whole rule.

What is Free Will Wave?

Every day at 11:23 UTC, a chain advances. New people join the movement following the Fibonacci sequence: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34…

Each one signs a Declaration of Sovereignty. Each one invites two people across two consecutive sessions. Then each one steps back. The wave continues without them.

By day 30, over a million people have joined. By day 40, the wave has touched the whole planet. This is not a club, not a religion, not a movement to follow — it is a public act, repeated by millions: I decide for myself.

When you join the wave, this is what you sign — once, freely, in full awareness.

I declare:

That I decide for myself.

That no group, institution, ideology, or authority has the right to decide for me what is right, true, or good — except my own conscience.

That I respect the human being I am: my body, my time, my energy, my freedom of thought.

That I extend this same respect to every other human being, recognizing in them the same sovereignty I claim for myself.

That by joining Free Will Wave, I commit to participating once — by inviting one person for the day following my activation, and one person for the day after — and then to letting the movement continue without me.

That this act is my contribution to a peaceful awakening of humanity, one Fibonacci step at a time.
