Who we are

FreeWillWave ("the Wave", "we") is operated by MyNewMe LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Registered office: 412 W 7th Street, Suite 214, Clovis 88101, New Mexico, USA — EIN 98-1715170. These terms govern your use of freewillwave.com and the services offered there. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

FreeWillWave is a free, peaceful game for humanity. Joining and playing are always free — no payment is ever required to participate. The site lets you sign the Declaration, receive a permanent Free Human number, invite others with your personal link, send and receive energies and messages, appear in the public registry and rankings, earn badges, and listen to the Wave's music.

The Wave is young and evolves quickly. You may occasionally experience interruptions, bugs, or the temporary unavailability of a feature. We work continuously to improve reliability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, with reasonable notice when possible.

The Declaration and your Free Human number

You join by signing the Declaration once, in conscience. You then receive a permanent Free Human number reflecting your arrival order. This number is yours for good: it is never reassigned, and it is never for sale.

Your account

One account corresponds to one real person, and you commit to representing only yourself. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access confidential and for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account when we have good reason to believe it does not correspond to a single real person or that its information is deliberately false.

The game

The Wave advances in phases and rhythms described on the site. Taking part in the relay — inviting, supporting, sharing — is an invitation, never an obligation: if a duty is not completed there is no penalty and no public blame, and the wave itself can pause as described in the game's rules. The game's mechanics may evolve; your Free Human number never does.

What is public

The Wave is a visible, living experiment. By joining, you agree to appear in it publicly: your display name, Free Human number, declared country, primary language, badges and activity counts (such as invitations and energies received), together with anything you put in your public profile (bio, links), are visible to everyone. Your email address is never public.

Invitations

Every Free Human has a personal invitation link, with no cap on its reach. Manipulating the game is forbidden: creating fake accounts, inviting yourself through other identities, using bots or scripts, or any equivalent collusion to inflate invitations, energies or rankings. Violations may lead to the correction of the affected counts and the suspension of the accounts involved.

Messages and energies

Members can send each other energies and direct messages, and write to us through the feedback thread. You are solely responsible for what you send. Messages must remain respectful: no harassment, no threats, no spam or unsolicited commercial messages, no unlawful content. You can block another member at any time. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish on the Wave (display name, bio, links, messages). By publishing it, you grant MyNewMe LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within FreeWillWave, for as long as it is published. You confirm that you have the right to publish it and that it infringes no one's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not: impersonate another person or entity; harass or harm others; attempt to access other members' accounts or the platform's systems without authorisation; publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful, pornographic or violent; or interfere with the operation of the site.

The Sponsor product

Sponsoring is optional. A Sponsor purchase is a fixed-price digital product, delivered automatically and immediately, consisting of a printable certificate, a Sponsor badge on your public profile, and a listing on our public supporters page.

Sponsoring is recognition of support only. It never buys rank, advantage, a chain position, or a Free Human number. There is no element of chance, no prize and no wager — it is not a game of chance, a contest, a lottery, or an auction.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Where Stripe Managed Payments is enabled, Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it appears on your statement and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy.

The music

The Wave's music can be streamed and downloaded from the site for your personal, non-commercial listening. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

The help assistant

The site includes a help assistant whose answers are generated automatically by an AI model. It exists to help you find your way around: its answers are informational, may be imperfect, and are not advice.

Intellectual property

Everything on the site created by FreeWillWave — text, graphics, logos, images, music, design and code — is the property of MyNewMe LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it, beyond the sharing features the site itself offers, without our express written permission. Your own content remains yours, under the licence described above.

Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

No warranty

The Wave is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyNewMe LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, resulting from your use of — or inability to use — the site, from the conduct or content of any member, or from any interaction between members, which takes place under their sole responsibility. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is strictly limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Leaving, suspension

You may stop using the Wave, or delete your account, at any time from your settings. What then happens to your data is described in the Privacy policy; your Free Human number is never reassigned. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the site for accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Wave evolves. Changes take effect when posted here, with a new "last updated" date, and we will signal material changes on the site or by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, USA. Notwithstanding this, we comply with the applicable laws of the jurisdictions where our members live — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for members in the European Union — and nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory local law. If a dispute arises, write to us first: we will try in good faith to resolve it amicably.

Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy and Refund policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyNewMe LLC regarding your use of the site.

Governing language

This document is provided in English. Where FreeWillWave offers a translation for convenience, the English version is authoritative and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
