Digital, instant delivery

The Sponsor product is a digital item delivered automatically and immediately on payment — there is nothing to ship.

Voluntary support

Because sponsoring is a voluntary act of support that is fulfilled the moment it is delivered (certificate, badge, and recognition listing), purchases are generally non-refundable.

Requesting a refund

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe something went wrong, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right. Eligible refunds are issued through Stripe, the merchant of record, to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have. Consumers in the EU and UK have a right of withdrawal for digital purchases; by completing checkout for an item delivered immediately you consent to immediate performance, and we honour applicable statutory rights regardless.

Processing time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
