Thirty more presences, and fifteen days to support what comes next
Friday, October 2, 30 people took their place in FreeWillWave: they created their presence on the site, with a Free Human number, a country, and a visible trace on the map. The day made no unnecessary noise: six humans invited at least one person through their invitation link, 167 people sent a gesture of energy on the site, and the 18:00 UTC appointment held.
Since the day before, when two people had invited someone and kept the Wave moving, the rhythm remains simple: we move forward, we adjust, we come back. And this time, there is also a decision visible to everyone: the support campaign continues until October 15.
Fifteen more days to keep the experience open
Since the last story, I have extended the support campaign “Let’s continue the global social experiment, let’s keep FreeWillWave open.” It was supposed to end on September 30; it now remains open until October 15 at 23:59 UTC. On the support page and on the Wave map, the site therefore displays 15 days remaining.
The gauge has not moved, because no new support has arrived since the initial end date. It is not a tragedy, it is clear information: the door simply remains open longer. When you build something that depends on time, attention, and human gestures, fifteen more days can count.
For you: if you wanted to support FreeWillWave and you had missed the first date, you can still do so until October 15 on the support page.
A day held by few gestures, but by real gestures
Thirty new presences is not a huge surge all at once. It is a day where you can see the human mechanics very clearly: a few people invite, others arrive, others send energy, and the site continues to show that something exists. After the day of September 30 when a 102nd country appeared on the map, the number of countries did not change today, but the presences continued.
The last person of the day is #12339 Arshdeep_Singh_ramgarhia (India), at 23:16 UTC. A day sometimes closes like that: not with a great symbol, but with one more human, one more number, one more presence on the map. And that is already a lot, because each visible Free Human makes the whole a little more real for the next one.
The Wave serves that purpose: to see that presences are not an abstract idea. They have a country, a moment, a number, a trace. And when the day is lighter, that trace is almost even more important, because it reminds us that FreeWillWave does not move forward only on great days.
The 18:00 UTC appointment gathered again
The Splash took place from 18:00 to 19:00 UTC. During that hour, 8 people were present at the same time at the peak of the appointment, meaning they were on the page at the same moment, to watch or act together. During that same hour, 66 invitation links were opened by visitors, 4 people created their presence on the site, 55 gestures of energy were sent, and no support was received.
The Splash is the daily moment when members can invite at the same time, watch the number rise, send energy, or simply be there. It is not a meeting or a video conference, no one speaks, there is nothing to prepare: you can just watch, and the one you miss comes back the next day. The page is here: freewillwave.com/fr/splash.
Congratulations to #4737 Ligali Abdulrahman (Nigeria) for the invitations during the hour, and congratulations to #11758 RAJENDRA KUMAR IZARDAR (India), #4737 Ligali Abdulrahman (Nigeria) and #12334 Indian (India) for the energies sent during this appointment. These gestures are visible immediately on the page: the number moves, the Wave responds, and the shared hour becomes concrete.
The humans who held the day
The day started with 12,309 Free Humans and ended at 12,339. The 30 new presences come from three countries: 21 from India, 6 from Ukraine and 3 from Nigeria. Six different people invited at least someone, and 167 different people sent energy.
| The day of October 2 | Result |
|---|---|
| Free Humans at the start | 12,309 |
| Free Humans at the end of the day | 12,339 |
| New presences | 30 |
| People who invited at least someone | 6 |
| Countries represented at the end of the day | 102 |
| Energies sent during the day | 1,180 |
| People who sent at least one energy | 167 |
| Energies since the site opened | 97,429 |
Among the new presences, India carried the largest share of the day. Ukraine also added six presences, and Nigeria three. These are short numbers, easy to read, but behind each of them there is a person who can now come back, watch the Wave, send energy, invite in turn, or simply be counted among the humans present.
Thank you to #10212 RICHARD (Philippines), #11758 RAJENDRA KUMAR IZARDAR (India) and #4737 Ligali Abdulrahman (Nigeria) for the energies sent during the day. Thank you also to #4737 Ligali Abdulrahman (Nigeria), #10173 Needle Tool Masters Atelier (Nigeria) and #10212 RICHARD (Philippines) for the validated invitations.
The complete rankings and detailed figures are available on the data page. Here, I mainly want to keep this: the Wave does not need every day to be spectacular to be real. It needs humans who make a gesture when they can, and others who watch, come back, listen to the music, or simply keep the idea somewhere inside them. Observing is already a full participation.
What it could become
Today, six people invited someone, and 30 new presences took their place. If tomorrow one person with an audience, then three, then ten, showed FreeWillWave to their circle, the same gesture could change scale without changing nature. Everyone remains free to be part of it in their own way.
This October 2 added 30 presences, 1,180 energies, a held Splash, and fifteen more days to support what comes next. If you want to help concretely, you can go through the support, or send an idea, a remark, a contact via the message page. And if you want to see what is happening live, come back this evening on the Splash page, at 18:00 UTC. Be there if you can. Not to prove something, simply to be part of that moment when humans look in the same direction.
